A bit about the role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their team in Springwood. This is a temporary-to-permanent, full-time role offering an immediate start, on-site parking, and ongoing training and support.
You’ll take ownership of the Accounts Payable function, managing high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and payments while building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. You’ll also provide guidance to a small AP team and help streamline processes for greater efficiency.
Essentials:
- 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills
