An established business in the construction is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Milton. This is a full-time office-based role supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.
This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with administration including data entry and reconciliations
- Monitoring and responding to incoming emails
- Managing incoming phone calls and general enquiries
- Supporting coordination of site staff and project administration tasks
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Previous experience in an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently within a small team environment
