About the Role:
We’re looking for a 2IC
Drain Layer
with hands-on experience and a proactive attitude. You’ll be involved in major infrastructure and civil projects, working alongside a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of equipment including diggers, compactors, and small plant
- Read plans, coordinate materials, and manage timelines
- Install, repair, and maintain drainage systems
- Lead a small on-site team effectively
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
- Assist with monthly claim documentation
- Registered Drain Layer or Reticulation Serviceperson qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction (preferably water, wastewater, and stormwater)
- Experience operating plant machinery.
- WTR endorsements required
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to pass all pre-employment checks
