Meadow began her journey at Stellar Recruitment Auckland as an Onboarding Coordinator, where she played a key role in streamlining new hire processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting contract administration. This foundational experience sharpened her attention to detail and deepened her understanding of candidate care.

 

Now serving as a Resourcing Consultant, Meadow oversees the placement of both temporary and permanent roles, managing a workforce of building and construction professionals across the North Island. She also leads recruitment efforts for upcoming projects in the blue-collar trades sector, ensuring clients have access to skilled, reliable talent.

 

Beyond her recruitment responsibilities, Meadow contributes to Stellar Recruitment’s broader mission as a member of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee. In this role, she supports initiatives that foster sustainability, ethical practices, and community engagement within the organisation.
