Meadow Trousselot is a candidate-focused recruitment professional with a strong passion for connecting people to meaningful employment opportunities. She began his career at Stellar Recruitment Auckland as an Onboarding Coordinator, where she handled administrative tasks for new hires, ensured compliance, supported contract processes, and scheduled onboarding activities. This role provided a solid foundation in recruitment operations and candidate care.

 

Meadow currently serves as a Resourcing Consultant, where she focuses on both temporary and permanent placements. Meadow manages over 75 building and construction workers across various projects throughout the North Island. She also leads recruitment for upcoming projects in the temporary blue-collar trades industry.

 

Known for her approachable nature and strong communication skills, Meadow thrives on helping individuals improve their CVs, navigate the job market, and find fulfilling roles in the workforce.
