Caroline Nairn is the People & Culture Advisor at Stellar Recruitment New Zealand, where she supports a dynamic workforce of over 950 across the country.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Canterbury and began her HR career in 2011. Caroline joined Stellar in 2017 as the Office Manager in Christchurch and has since progressed through a variety of roles, gaining a deep understanding of the company’s culture and values. Her journey has also helped her build strong connections within the wider HR community.
