Reporting to the Alarms Supervisor, a reputable name in the industry with 25+ years’ experience. They run a supportive, practical team where everyone enjoys the work they do.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Fire alarm testing, maintenance, and fault-finding
- Cable runs, repairs, and system upgrades
- Assisting with sprinkler and alarms work where required
- Working in roof spaces, plant rooms, and commercial/industrial environments
- Completing work for Fire Service Contracts and ongoing servicing
- Accurate job reporting and documentation
- Providing great service to a long list of loyal, long-standing customers

About You:
- 1–2 years’ Fire Alarm or related electrical experience
- Solid knowledge of NZS 4512
- Ideally Level 3 – Fire Detection & Alarm Systems
- EST, IQP or willingness to work towards these
- Good attitude, team player, and able to work unsupervised when required
- Physically fit and comfortable working in roof spaces
- Ability to pass an MOJ check and hold full NZ working rights
