Day-to-day responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing including timesheets, adjustments, terminations and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding updates and award/EA interpretation.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and provide timely support to employees and managers.
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Chris21, Aurion, Preceda, Micropay, or similar (advantageous, not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
