Night Shift CNC Operator – Auckland
   
Join a high-performing engineering team and play a key role in precision machining during the night shift. We’re seeking an experienced CNC Operator to work on our client’s expanding in-house production capacity. You’ll play a key role in fabricating accurate steel components for major projects that will be rolled out across New Zealand.

What you'll do:
  • Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to determine machining requirements, dimensions, and tolerances.
  • Monitor machining operations and make precise adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  
What you need:
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a metal machinist or CNC machine operator.
  • Hands-on experience operating CNC machining equipment for metal fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and machining tolerances.
  • Experience with FANUC & SINUMERIK would be an advantage
  • NZ residency or valid work visa
  • Full driver's license
